I'm always looking for inspiration to create interfaces and layouts that look great and are easy to use. With mobile and tablet users becoming an ever more favoured viewing platform, it’s essential that in todays world that websites should be responsive, easy to navigate and be as visually appealing as if viewed on a desktop. With this in mind all my work is responsive, subtlety gets the point across and complements the content of the site without getting in the way of functionality, whatever device they’re using. I've added a few examples below.
Take a look at my automotive photography site, a small web project with a modern style.
Take a look at our Travel blog site, an article style layout through each of the destinations.
A full mock-up of a modern, clean design. Glance is an easy way to view and navigate through accounts and cards from various locations with a minimal and clutter free concept.
A lot of UI experience is in front end user interface design, be it web pages themselves, web applications and also venturing into app UI design. I appreciate and strive to create good looking, functional and accessible user interfaces that are easy to navigate but foremost appealing to the user.
Photography is a great passion of mine, with an interest in many genres i’ve focused on landscape and automotive photography and tried to perfect these areas over for more than a decade.
A side project of mine and my partners is a hobby travel blog, we grab a few snaps from the place we visit as well as a small guide. We both love photography and the different effects we can produce, be it digital photography or a good old Polaroid.
A lot has changed over the years in equipment, editing techniques and styles. I would say my style is not to exaggerate the image but to show the full beauty of the object/landscape or car I’m capturing.
Many people describe photography as a capturing a moment of time or an era, this can be said for the automotive industry too. In terms of style and modification trends, cars have changed vastly as well as the way people view them, when photographing cars I try to capture not only the vehicle but the effort the owner has put into to create something unique.
Attending car events, shows, meets and rallies throughout the year, I capture all types of cars and wacky creations. I now have a place where I can share my work, using Instagram as a social/sharing platform and a website to provide extra content with a show by feature structure.
